REFUND POLICY

At SAWADA LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your payment provider.

Damaged or defective items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the issue.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
